EAQC's advisors, trainers, and coaches hail from a variety of professional and academic backgrounds and draw from latest research and proven practices. For example, one of our founders is a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with extensive background in financial management. Another has trained, coached, and taught for more than twenty years. Similarly, our other advisors have practical and technical expertise in an array of fields and industries including international trade, industrial psychology, public relations, accounting, insurance, information technology, Internet marketing and optimization, construction, manufacturing, automotives, health and medicine, and law enforcement.

As Management and Development Specialists, we have advised domestic and international organizations in the areas of organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Our work has involved strategic planning and development; process re-engineering and change management; crisis management; product and brand development; market analysis; tactical and competitive analysis; stakeholder communication; group dynamics, diversity, cultural sensitivity, and ethics and social responsibility training; designing instrument, metrics, and productivity measures; employee assessment, staff development, and human resources management; and commercial mediation.

Each of our projects is managed by a team and led by a subject matter expert in the area of primary focus. In addition, EAQC can call upon and/or refer its clients to its large network of experts and practitioners.

We normally work for cash, but let us know if you have a great idea for a startup. We can help set it up and may accept equity instead.

Our fees are competitive and we offer discounts and payment plans at our discretion. Our quintessential objective is ensuring that our clients succeed rather than rewarding ourselves. We have been known to take on projects at below our cost because we find satisfaction in helping businesses thrive.

We practice what we preach and run an efficient operation! Our amicable relationships with a number of major suppliers enable us to pass on the savings while adhering to our standards of excellence. In addition, since fees toward enhancing business and professional skills such as those attained through our workshops, seminars, and training programs may be tax-deductible, we can communicate with your tax advisor or accountant and design the most cost-effective solution for you.
